Beauty Empress is for the woman who is ready to stop outsourcing her wellbeing to products that don't work and is ready to invest in experiences that do. That looks like two things: my retreats, where you fully step out of your day-to-day, and my chair, where you get the kind of customised, scalp-first hair care that actually holds up between visits.

The woman behind Beauty Empress.
I didn't choose the name Beauty Empress because it sounded pretty. I chose it because of what it represents.
For years, I watched women sit in my chair carrying so much more than their hair concerns; the stress, the disconnection, the quiet exhaustion of being everything to everyone and rarely choosing themselves. They'd talk about their hair, but underneath was something deeper: a loss of confidence, of softness, of feeling like they were truly taking up space in their own lives.
An Empress is a woman who owns her presence. She isn't rushed. She isn't overlooked. She prioritises herself without guilt and allows herself to receive care without needing permission. That's the experience I wanted to create; first behind the chair, and now in the retreats I host for women who need somewhere to genuinely exhale.
I started Beauty Empress because beauty isn't about fixing flaws. It's about remembering who you are when you feel powerful, cared for, and fully in your own energy. Whether you find me at a wellness retreat in a quiet, restorative space, or at Salon Adair in Carlsbad working through your colour, the standard is the same: nothing rushed, nothing generic, nothing wasted.

Beauty Empress retreats are designed around restoration; physical, emotional, and energetic. The spaces are warm. The schedule has room to breathe. The intentions are clear. You leave feeling rebuilt, not just refreshed.
I currently host retreats specifically for hairstylists and beauty industry professionals, the women who pour into everyone else all week and rarely get poured back into. Retreats for women outside the beauty industry are in development and will be announced here first.

The Hairstylists Emotional Reset Retreat is a journey toward genuine harmony of body, mind, and soul, designed for stylists who are running on fumes and ready to pause, reconnect, and come home to themselves. This isn't a wellness retreat with hairstylists as the audience. It's a retreat built from the ground up around exactly the physical, emotional, and energetic load of life behind the chair.

The chair is where Beauty Empress started, and it's still where I do some of my most meaningful work. I specialise in blonding and customised haircuts for every length and texture, with a real consultation built into every appointment, so we plan around your hair, your lifestyle, and your maintenance preferences, not a generic service menu.
You'll find me at Salon Adair in Carlsbad, the longest-running hair salon in the area, where I work alongside a team I trust.
